Old house on a big land plot in a small town on the Omis Riviera.

The house has around 120 m2 of living area, and consists of ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, while on the first floor there are the bedrooms which are accesible by the outside staircase.

The house needs complete refurbishment, but the potential is great considering it is situated in a quiet location on a large plot with a beautiful view of the sea and the islands.

It is possible to build a swimming pool on the plot.

There is currently no car access to the house. There is only an old village road of 150 m leading to the house.
