Holiday Home Chalet no 6 – Almellina Estate – a semi-detached holiday home house that in this Concept Design features circa 215 sqm (gross floor area, including lockout garages, circa 40 square meters, and cellars /storage, circa 17 square meters), Chalet no 6 offers a beautiful west facing view with outside areas, terraces and garages (with direct access to the Chalet).
On the main ground floor, there is a spacious lounge area with an open plan kitchen, dining area, large fireplace and its own access to a private garden.
