There are three easy steps to moving simple:
1. Once you have picked your beautiful new Anwyl home, you can sign up for our scheme by paying a refundable deposit of 250.
2. We will then get to work on selling your current home. We will take care of the valuation, and decide on a selling price, with your help. We will work in partnership with an estate agent to market your property, and even pay the fees for you.
3. Once we’ve successfully sold your house you are free to buy your dream Anwyl home!
Don’t worry about selling your current home – just leave it to us. Choose your new home and register for a 250 refundable deposit.
We then arrange a valuation of your current home, agree a selling price with you and liaise with an approved estate agent to market your property. When your house is sold, we then proceed with the purchase of your Anwyl home.

Here’s an example:
