Third Level: The third level is split in to two areas one of which has a large office area and a snooker room, the other has been used as recreation area and storage room, in this area are 3 water storage tanks and the gas heating unit which provides hot water to the house. Second Level: The Second level has five bedrooms divided by a central corridor, one side provides access to three beach side double bed rooms each with its own toilet and shower room, all of these bed rooms have access to a large veranda leading to the garden, pool and Barbecue area,. The other side of the corridor provides entrance to two large bedrooms each with its own toilet and shower room, these bed rooms have access to a veranda overlooking the annex and drive way to the double garage. Ground Level: The Ground floor comprises of a large living room, a lounge, toilet with wash room with shower unit, a large dining room, and kitchen.
There are three access points lead from the ground floor one to the entrance of the property and garage.
The other two provide access to the sea side of the house. In addition to the main property there is also an Annex which is used as a summer lettings. The annex has three double bedrooms each with its own shower and toilet, a living area and kitchen. Parallel to the annex runs the drive way to a double garage. A wall separates the two buildings with a lockable door, allows privacey to the main house Amenities. Own water filter plant, additional BBQ area used as Laundry room. Located on the sea side of the property there is a decking area housing the swimming pool, a large BBQ area which has built in gas cooker and long balcony at the end of the garden is a further garage and double kennel for two dogs.
An electrical double entrance door provides access to the beach about 20 meters and small road.
