Only 10km to the north of Shabla and only a few kilometers away from the Bulgarian-Romanian border, the village of Krapets is a typical rural settlement, with small one-storey houses yet has all the necessary facilities on its coastal side. The village is excellent for relaxation for those tired of crowded resorts thanks to its serenity, bird life, and natural reserves. Moreover, the beautiful and tranquil beach appeals to nature lovers with its authentic wilderness.
This superb looking property, recently fully renovated, is very close to the main road (tarmac access) through Krapets and the Bulgarian Black Sea coast (the sea is only 200 m away and first class hotel with pool, tennis facilities, etc. is very closeby). It was built less than 10 years ago and has just been refurbished throughout, through its 330 sqm built up area on three floors. The house comprises 11 rooms over 330 sqm floorspace: on the ground floor - two bedrooms, large bathroom and kitchen, plus integral garage. First floor - one dining room in the middle with open plan kitchen, two bedrooms on either side, bathroom, toilet, and small storeroom at the back.
The internal staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom/toilet and two balconies on each side of the house. Each floor has a separate shower with toilet already tiled and with bowls, sinks and showers already fitted, plus two full sized baths. Two electric water heaters are installed to provide the hot water for the house. Follow the internal staircase upwards and it will lead you to the roof of the house where you'll find a vast terrace for up to 30 guests.
More stairs lead to the secured round terrace/viewing platform with amazing 180 degree panoramic views to the Black Sea coast and the village of Krapets. The plot size is approximately 650 sq.m. There is enough space in the backyard to build a swimming pool. Sale may be considered at a later stage and the property may be converted into three self contained flats. Right now, the villa is to be sold semi furnished.
