Renovated countryside property with spacious plot of land located in a
lively village just 15 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The real estate
consists of a garden with several fruit trees, BBQ area, big annex,
workshop and solid rural house with authentic architecture dating back
to the 1940s. The main building has one floor but there are also
spacious attic and four basements. The basements are quite big. They
are located under the house and have separate entrance to the side.
This part of the property was only cleaned but did not received any
further attention. If renovated these rooms can provide lots of space
for storage purposes, workshop, nice & cool office or plenty of
additional living space. Over the solid external staircase made of
stone blocks one can reach a little balcony from where you enter into
the existing living area within the house. There are kitchen, living
room, bedroom and bathroom here. The house as well as the annex are
renovated, furnished and ready for living. The kitchen in the main
building has all the cabinets, electrical appliances and additional
furniture necessary for everyday living. From it one can go through
the door to the right and enter into the living room. Like in the
other rooms, the floor here is made of wood. In this premise one can
find a nice, ready for use wood burner, big TV set and cozy sofa. The
next premise here is the bedroom which comes with a queen size bed,
big wardrobe with modern design, a few drawers, another TV and air
conditioner. Over a short corridor you can access the bathroom and the
attic floor. The bathroom comes with an electric boiler, toilet,
shower cabin and sink. To the attic you go over a solid internal
staircase made of concrete and steel. Here one can find a good amount
of space situated straight under the roof. If cleared and arranged
properly it can be used effectively for storage or even for living if
a few changes are applied. Next to the house is the workshop. It is
attached straight to the main building and represents a small, one
level structure with a single premise. Near it is the annex which has
one floor and holds five rooms: kitchen, closet, living room, bedroom
and bathroom with toilet. All three buildings in the property had
received attention and renovations. The main building had its roof
revised, the windows have been changed with new, double-glazed made of
PVC. All walls and ceilings have received new plastering. Wiring and
plumbing were renewed. All wooden floors were repaired and treated
with good quality polish to keep them nice and safe from any harm. The
big annex also received works on the roof, new double-glazed windows
and front door made of PVC. Wiring and plumbing were renewed, new
floors made of terracotta tiles were put in place and a small bathroom
with shower and toilet was fitted. The property is for sale with all
the furniture in it. There are also outdoor furniture set, hot tub and
swimming pool stored in one of the outbuildings and they are included
in the price. The garden provides plenty of open space so one can grow
here fruits and vegetables due to the good conditions. The house is
located in the outskirts of the village and provides views towards the
neighboring properties and the fields. From the side of the street
most of the property is surrounded by brick fence. The rest of the
plot has wire fence with concrete posts. The property has electricity
and main water supply but it also has a fresh water well. The house is
about 6-7 minutes away by foot from the center of the village, the
local bus stop, cafe-bar and shop. At the same distance are the main
square, post office, the mayor`s office and another grocery store. The
village is just about 15 km north of Vratsa, one if the biggest cities
in the Northwest of Bulgaria. The main road which passes through the
village connects the town of Oryahovo, a small port town on the banks
of the Danube river with the regional capital city Vratsa, the
national capital Sofia and the rest of the country. There are several
buses passing through the village and connecting it to Vratsa, Sofia
and other towns and villages in the area. The surroundings of Vratsa
offer a few popular places among tourists such as monasteries,
historical landmarks, ski track, national park, big cave, lake, the
local historical museum, etc. As a regional capital Vratsa offers
plenty of shops and stores, gas stations, service stations, general
hospital, pharmacies, schools and kindergartens, farmer`s market,
theater, cinema, art gallery, administrative services, police station,
fire station, hotels, restaurants and bars. The city also has rail
links to the national capital Sofia and other parts of Bulgaria. The
property can be reached by car within less than two hours from Sofia
