The duplex is located on the ground floor and first floor of an old medieval palace, from which medieval elements have been left, such as the street facade, arches, walls while the interior has been completely rebuilt. The structure is metallic with laminated wooden beams.
The ground floor has the access from the street and the parking area. It gives access to the living room, with a large double space framed by a medieval arch, the open kitchen, equipped with all appliances, with island, a bathroom with room to install the washer and dryer, the large porch also double space, and the outside barbecue area.
On the upper level, we find the main bedroom, with bathroom and dressing room, and a second bedroom, also with bathroom and built-in wardrobe. The two bedrooms overlook the double space.
The hall is intended to be an office area.
The ceiling has exposed wooden beams, to maintain the air of the old houses.
It has a parking space and a storage room of about 9 m2.
In the lower floor there is stoneware and on the second level there is natural parquet.
The air conditioning, by aerothermal, is separated within living and sleeping area.
The house is open to an inner courtyard, which does not belong to the building.
