This is an exceptional parcel on the Island of Hvar of 107,391 m2 in size.
It is located on the top ridge of the island at about 500 m above sea level.
The views from this location are spectacular as the parcel goes right up to the edge of a cliff. The land is primarily agricultural with a percentage as arable land that used to be a vineyard, that is why there is an old small stone house and water wells, and the rest is ideal for planting olive trees.
There is a lavender field on the part of the plot, which is still being harvested.
The location of this valley offers a unique location on the island affording seclusion and privacy.
It takes about 30 min by car to the parcel from the main ferry port of Stari Grad.
There is a paved road to the village of Svirce and then 7 km by a dirt road from Svirce to the parcel.
