The house has two entrances: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor via an outside staircase.
It is a three storey house (ground floor + two upper floors). The ground floor has a surface area of approximately 145.85 m2 and is distributed in garage, storage, warehouse, wine cellar and two bedrooms, one of them with bathroom. The first floor has a surface area of approximately 120 m2 and consists of entrance hall, a large living room (with lots of light and access to a balcony), kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has direct access to the porch of the house, with barbecue, which connects directly to the garden. The second floor has a surface area of approximately 47.55 m2, divided into a studio, one bedroom and a bathroom. The study has access to a terrace of 26 m2.
The house has sun all day due to the orientation of the three fronts (east-south-west).
The garden is located on the east side of the property, has different levels and lots of vegetation.
The location of the house is in the heart of Jafre village, in a quiet area and with unobstructed views to the Emporda plain. Although the house is old, it was restored maintaining the original architectural elements.
