The spacious detached house, built on a leasehold plot in 1977, is situated on a slope with a fantastic view (mountain view/valley view) of the fields. It has approx. 252 m² living space. For the leasehold property with a size of approx. 1,093 m², an annual ground rent of approx. 1,660 € is currently being paid. The leasehold runs for 99 years, i.e. until 31.12.2059. The leaseholder is currently not prepared to sell the property. This resulted in a current demand.
The real estate has in the basement still a small granny flat, whose floor space is already contained in the approx. 240 m ? Access is via the detached house or via an external entrance.
