Plot
The plot is elevated above the road and allows a view of the greenery on both sides. Behind the house is the nature reserve, so that you have an unobstructable view into the meadows crossed with small ditches. You will find everything you need to live in the district. Doctors and shopping facilities as well as schools can be reached within 10 minutes or 7 km. The shopping possibilities directly from the producer are to be emphasized. In the street are some agricultural enterprises, which offer a farm sale. Fresh eggs, milk, butter, cheese and poultry are available as well as meat and vegetables. Everything FRESH.

Electricity
The district of Strom is about 5 km from the city centre on the left bank of the Weser. Electricity flows through the Ochtum in an east-west direction, which flows into the Weser at the border to Seehausen in the district of Ochtum. The neighbouring districts are Seehausen in the north, Rablinghausen and Woltmershausen in the north-east, Huchting in the south and Delmenhorst in the south-west with its districts Schohasbergen, Hasbergen, Neuendeel, Sandhausen and Deichhausen and Lemwerder in the west with its districts Ochtum, Altenesch, Deichshausen, Braake and Tecklenburg. To the west is the marsh landscape of Stedingen in the Oldenburg district of Wesermarsch. Electricity is essentially shaped by agriculture and the residential location of Bremen. Strom is a popular excursion destination with several excursion restaurants such as Piepers Mühlenhaus, Spilles Zur Ochtumbrücke or Wilkens Bauerndiele.

Buses
The bus line 61 of Bremer Straßenbahn AG (BSAG) connects Rablinghausen, Strom and Sandhausen. The district is connected lengthwise by the Stromer Landstraße, which leads east to Woltmershausen and Neustadt and west to the districts Deichhausen and Sandhausen of Delmenhorst.

Street
The federal motorway 281, completed in 2014, runs directly along the freight traffic centre (GVZ) from Woltmershausen in the direction of Seehausen and with a connection to Deichhausen and Altenesch. It is intended to relieve the load on the parallel Stromer Landstraße. A new part of the federal highway 212 between GVZ/Landesgrenze Bremen towards Huntebrück will also lead to traffic calming in the district.

Cycling and hiking trails
In Strom und Seehausen, electricity is accessed via the cycle path along the Stromer Landstrasse, which leads westwards to Deichhausen, Sandhausen and Delmenhorst. From Strom a road leads to Seehausen with the popular cycle path on the left Weser dyke, which leads from the outer harbour Neustadt to the sports harbour Hasenbüren and the Ochtum barrage. There are connections to the marsh landscape of Niedervieland. Huchting is reached by the still insufficient road connection of the Brokhuchtinger Landstraße through the Ochtum lowland.
