Wuerzburg is an independent city in Bavaria in the district of Lower Franconia directly on the Main River. Bavaria's sixth largest city, with its oldest university, founded in 1402, is one of the classic German university cities. The Würzburg Residenz with Hofgarten and Residenzplatz was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1981 and is still one of the most important castles in Europe today. Modern culture and concerts in small theatres and clubs join the city's traditions, such as the numerous wine festivals and wine bars. Wine grows almost everywhere in the city. So you can quickly get to the vineyards for a walk. In the north of the city there is even one of Goethe's favourites: The vineyard "Am Stein", which also enchants with its view of the red sea of roofs of the old town. Over 70 ICE/IC connections and more than 350 passenger trains daily make arriving in Würzburg easy. With a direct connection to the A3, A7 and A81, Würzburg has excellent transport connections. The international airports of Frankfurt and Nuremberg are only 60 minutes away.
The property is located in Würzburg-Heidingsfeld, in the vernacular also "Städtle", in an extremely built-up peripheral location only 10 minutes on foot from the golf course.
