There are various stages to getting your listing live on
TheMoveChannel.com website:

Firstly, you need to select the package that you
wish to purchase and click through to the purchase screen
for that product. |

You will then be taken to the secure Worldpay payment
page, where you must enter your card details and pay
for your listing. |

Once you have done this, you will be sent a receipt
by Worldpay and a VAT receipt by our system. You will
also receive an email that will give you the link you
must go to in order to add your property details. |
 |
You must then log in to our property admin suite.
If you are not already registered on the site, then
the first time you log in, you will be asked a series
of registration questions, which will collect various
pieces of information which can be used elsewhere on
the site to facilitate the other services that we have
on offer. Once these are complete, or if you have previously
registered, you will be taken straight to the page that
allows you to add a property to the site. |

You will then be able to fill out a simple online
form to add the details of your property to our site,
including uploading the images for use in relation to
your advert. |

Once added, these details are then checked by one
of our staff and confirmed if there are no problems.
If you need to send photos for scanning and uploading,
the property will remain on hold until these have been
received. |

Once the property has been confirmed, it will be
added immediately to our database and will be visible
within our search results. You will also be able to
navigate to the page by clicking through via the ‘Browse
all property’ link in the left hand navigation.
This is a unique location-based hierarchical menu that
allows people to find property solely based on location. |

The details of the property are stored permanently
in the system and you can log back in at any time to
update the details, change the description or images
or change the asking price. |

You can also use the system to see some basic reports
on things like the number of times your property details
page has been viewed, or the number of enquiries that
you have had, as well as retrieving the contact details
of all the potential buyers that have made contact with
you via the site and viewing / editing any notes you
have made in association with each buyer. |

If, for any reason, you decide that you are not satisfied
with your listing, you can cancel it and get a full
refund at any time within 2 working days of it being
confirmed as live on the site. |
