Description of Anglesey
The largest island in the Irish Sea and one of the most uniquely stunning geographical areas in the whole of the UK, Anglesey is a genuine British national treasure. With three quarters of the population proudly being Welsh-speakers, incredible coastline at every turn and a flourishing tourism industry, Anglesey is often considered to be one of Wales' most important regions. Investment opportunities vary enormously from one town or village to the next. Some busy urban areas make great spots for long-term low-yield rents, while holiday hotspots like Bodffordd never fail to generate higher yields short-term during the season. On the whole, it's a small island off the coast of mainland Wales with more than its fair share of draws.
