"It was 1992 when, for my family (me, my wife, my daughter and my two" old parents "in their sixties) we felt the need to go out.

The house was in the hills at 580 meters above sea level and was a 3-storey cottage.In the basement there was a room originally used as a stable and then transformed into a bathroom and cellar, on the ground floor a bedroom and kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms.The strong bearing walls were and still are in solid stone and mortar linked with mighty iron chains.Floors and roof in rough wooden boards.
We fell in love immediately.
With great difficulty, because there are so many, we managed to find an agreement with the previous owners, the Rossi family, which was made up of several brothers and sisters, children and grandchildren.
This is how the house became ours.
My old parents moved immediately making the house "usable", but above all they cleaned up all the surrounding land, a tangle of brambles and overgrown vegetation.
In 1996 we began the renovation and expansion of the building based on a project by the architect Venturini.Corbo srl carried out the work
of Rioveggio.
We have kept the original features of the house.we also wanted the extension to be consistent with the style and history of the house.
