Detached traditional stone house with two floors on a spacious plot in a small secluded village Levpa in the subalpine hills above the Soca Valley near the town of Kanal, South of Tolmin. The house was built in 1900 and had windows replaced in 2020m but would still require a major renovation to be brought to modern standards. The house lies on a spacious plot in size of 4348 m2, out of which 394m2 is categorized as building land and 3990m2 as agricultural land. Village Levpa lies on the northwest part of Banjšcice plateau above Kanal na Soci, an important crossing point over famous river Soca. The area offers easy access to some of Slovenia's best attractions including Soca Valley, stunning Goriška Brda wine region, and the Julian Alps. The ski resort of Kanin, which connects to the Italian Sella Nevea is 60km away, Nova Gorica, capital of the district 30km. The region gives scope for numerous sport activities from hiking, mountain cycling and different water activities on the nearby Soca river, or just enjoying the peace and pristine nature of the area.
