The house has two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, living room with dining area, and utility room. Behind the house, there is a small garden with cozy sitting area and beautiful views over surrounding meadows and mountains. The total size of the plot is 118 m2. Strmec na predelu is at 955 m above sea level and is the last village in Slovenia before the Predel pass into Italy. It is located only 20 minutes to the vibrant Slovenian tourist town Bovec, a focal point of adrenalin sports of all kinds in Slovenia. Over the Italian border the beautiful Raibl lake can be reached in 10 minutes, and the town of Tarvisio with its ski resort is rachable in 20 minutes drive. The region offers options for numerous outdoor activities, from hiking, mountain cycling and different water activities on the nearby Soca river or just ejoying the peace and pristine nature and forests of the area. The house is available for rentals up to three months from November to May. 

Price 1200EUR is based on 3 months rental, 2 months 1350EUR, 1 month 1500EUR. Running costs are charged separately by actual consumption.
