Detached holiday house on the edge of the village of Bocna in walking distance to necessary amenities such as grocery shop, restaurant etc. The house spreads over three floors with a total area of 221m2 and consists of two standalone units.  First unit represent a separate apartment with its own entrance and includes a kitchen, bathroom, living room with terrace and 2 bedrooms. The second part of the house represents a separate unit with open plan kitchen with living room, 3 bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. The house was completely renovated in the recent years. It is surrounded by a large plot with a spacious terrace with views over the surrounding area. There is also a large storage area that is currently used as a garage. The region is rich with numerous walking and cycling paths, the lower ski lift to the ski resort Golte is only 15 km from the house, while the famous Logar Valley with its Kamnik-Savinja Alps on one side and the medieval Kamnik on the other are cca. 30 km away. The Upper Savinja valley is one of the latest up and coming areas of Slovenia with its Savinja river great for water sports in the summer, hiking and cycling possibilities in the surrounding mountains and skiing in the winter at the Rogla ski resort.
