This three storey detached villa is in a small private residential complex close to the holiday resorts of Guzelcamli and Davutlar. It is spacious and bright with plenty of storage and lots of outdoor space between the terraces and the garden.

On the ground floor is the open plan living room and kitchen with patio doors which open out onto a large terrace area, which overlooks the garden and surrounding nature area.. A great spot for relaxing, dining outside, entertaining or sunbathing. There also a downstairs toilet / shower room. The main living room has an open fire and there is ceramic and wooden flooring throughout.

The first floor has the fully fitted main bathroom. Both bedrooms on this floor are extra large double, with each room opening out onto a double balcony. The second floor has a further two bedrooms with feature wooden ceilings and another spacious bathroom. One of the bedrooms opens out onto a rooftop terrace area with views of the sea and surrounding mountain and nature area. There is a large swimming pool onsite for residents and the grounds are very well maintained.

The beaches at Davutlar and Guzelcamli, Long Beach and Kusadasi are also only minutes away. The surrounding region is fantastic for nature lovers, set on the edge of Turkey’s 1st National Park Guzelcamli, with forests, picnic areas, trekking paths and endless beaches. From here it is possible to see the Greek island of Samos which is only about 14km away.

Monday is the usual market day of the town, during which a traditional bazaar is set along the main street once a week. On the beaches and along the bays of the 30 km (19 mi) coastline, besides clean water, there are also opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, water skiing, fishing, diving and boat tours. Other possibilities are paragliding, mountaineering, trekking, bird watching, botany tours, horse riding, cycling and hunting to an extent.
