Life in Spain is often about enjoying the best of the weather and this house has a great terrace space which is partly covered and partly open which in turn, leads round to the pool area.

Because the property is very secluded, you can enjoy the outside space without any overlooking and take in the glorious surroundings.

Montefrio, Granada

The house is located 10 minutes from the beautiful Spanish pueblo of Montefrio which has been listed in National Geographic magazine as being one of the best views in the world.

The historic village is welcoming and offers all the usual amenities needed including a  24 hour medical centre with on-stand-by ambulance, too many bars and restaurants to mention, 4 good size supermarkets, schools for all ages, superb sporting facilities, physiotherapist, independent shops and many clubs to join from youth up to pensioner’s age.

There are festivals and street parties throughout the year, with Montefrio being famous for these elaborate festivities.  Everyone is encouraged to join in!

If you do need to visit a city, Granada is the closest and reached in under 1 hour and Cordoba is 1 hour 20 minutes’ drive away.
