The two bedroom house has 3 floors with storage area in the basement, living quarters on the ground floor and an attic that could be turned into additional living space. The house lies on the edge of the village and offers views over the surrounding nature. It was originally built in 1750 and partially renovated in 1975 including roof replacement, however it would benefit from modernization. Village Šentviška Gora is located between the valleys of the Baca and Idrijca Rivers. Slap ob Idrijci with all the necessary amenities is only 9 km away. Tolmin, one of the Slovenian most touristic towns is only 20 km away. The property gives scope for numerous sport activities, from hiking, mountain cycling and skiing on nearby Cerkno ski resort.
