With 100 rooms set over two floors, interior designers have created a hotel of natural elegance where comfort is king. Rooms absorb the beautiful views over the Welsh valley and bathrooms feature deep baths, separate showers and his and hers double basin sinks. Designed by the internationally renowned Schletterer Consultancy the spa will offer a wide selection of treatments and provide a sublime experience of the highest quality. All other activities and attractions aside, the spa will draw visitors seeking some pure indulgence on its own merits.
An exclusive pre-launch offer applies to the first 20 hotel rooms sold and provides investors with the opportunity to purchase rooms with a cash input of just £50,000 - 50% of the purchase price! Investors using the developer-deferred option are able to defer the remaining 50% of the purchase price against the future fixed rental income. In years 1-3, rental income is assured at 10% of cash input per annum which is drawn down to service the deferred amount. In years 4-10, investors receive 10% of the full purchase price (£100,000) per annum providing a fixed rental income of £10,000 per annum. From this, the investor will receive a payment of £5,000 with the remaining drawn down to service the remaining deferred amount. Taking the buyback opportunity in year 10 will see investors pocket £125,000 which together with cash returns of £35,000 equates to a return on investment of 220% based on the initial cash input.
Earlier exit strategies are available from year 5 for investors who are seeking a shorter investment horizon. Investors will also be able to enjoy 2 weeks of personal usage per annum.
