Both houses are completely furnished and prepared to receive customers at any time. It includes small electric devices, flat TV´s, WIFI, heating devices and pre-installation for air conditioning.

Why to by two houses? Two suggestions: one for you and another one to receive your family and friends or one for you and the other one to rent to island visitors getting some money for maintenance.

The license can be transferred to you. We are open to show the houses at any time.
