The Resort Monnecchio is an oasis of relaxation, which lies half way between Crete Senesi and Val D’Orcia. Sitting on a hill which overlooks the whole valley, the resort enjoys magnificent views: the incredible panorama takes in Siena and its towers to the north and Montalcino to the south. By night, the view is equally scenic because the hill upon which the resort sits is the highest point in the entire area. It truly is a special location.

The resort, which is situated on top of a green hill, is built upon the ruins of an old , large 18th century farmhouse. The planning and building carried out by the Ares group has given the farmhouse estate a new lease of life. It has carried out the building work, while adhering to the original architectural style and taking care to use only the same top- quality Tuscan building materials used in the past, for example Florentine terracotta tiles and wooden beams. Great attention has been paid to such details, but all modern comforts have also been included. Behind the magic atmosphere of these modern apartments lie centuries of history: you will be living where Tuscan gentry once lived and where  peasants worked the land.

The resort will be made up of 10 apartments ranging from 58 m2 to 106 m2. Almost all of them will have two floors and a large private garden. Each apartment will have its own private entrance (as well as its parking space which will be situated away from the front of the building so as not to ruin the magic atmosphere of the house- front) The estate will be enhanced by the building of a communal swimming pool.
