Much like an artist paints his first strokes on paper, as he continues, later realizing a wall is needed to transcend the vision into reality; this production too, grew into the 60,000 sq. ft. palatial estate it is to be.

As history says, palaces are found in far-away European countries belonging to a Monarch but this one sits in the US on Millionaire’s Mile. It is a mile long strip where the “top-out-of-sight”, enjoy the well-lived life. With expansive visions, on one side of your very own private 465-ft of Atlantic beachfront and on the other side be romanced at the view of your yacht docked on 492-feet on the Atlantic intercoastal. The French inspired, Beaux Arts masterpiece was engineered by in-house architect Denio Madera, who finds inspiration in art’s history and designed by Joseph Leone, a fashion dynast whose involvement in the high-end couture industry for high-end Parisian brands, abetted in capturing the essence of the divine beauty of these palatial grounds.

Upon entering the premises prepare to be transported into a world of privilege.  Infused by elements of those found in Europe’s greatest Palaces, this crown-jewel-on-the-mile is concealed by the only 13-foot wrought-iron gate, embellished with 22-karat gold-leafing on the strip.  Lavish landscaping, adorned with Versailles-esque waterfalls and a three tier 26-foot fountain along the drive up to the porte cochère greet you.

Through its grand entrée with seamless double, “day and night” custom designed doors, one of bronze encased glass and the other of solid mahogany with 22-karat gold leafing, opening beneath the grand escalier made of marble with steel-iron railing, taking craftsmen more than two years to realize with an investment of $2 Million. The grand entrée and grand hall open up to the capacious Le Salon with endless panoramic views of the Atlantic Blue. The imposing fireplace, ornamented with a mirrored inlay reflects the ocean splendor, coupled with four  Corinthian-marbled columns, personifying greatness; The ornate hand-molded plaster and ceiling appliques combined with five chandeliers,  lighting and complimenting sconces all help to create an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting?

Sophisticated, custom-design detailing are the customary in every room, and is intended solely for the oceanfront palace with 11-bedrooms, and 17 bathrooms; the first-ever IMAX Theater contracted for private use with a vast 27H X 50W screen, seating 18 along with a complete bar and IMAX lounge giving guests a unique experience.   Other exceptional features of the Palace include three=chambre des maîtres and one=Suite Présidentielle, each situated on the second level and all inclusive of their very own Jacuzzi overlooking ocean or intercoastal views.  The gourmet Le Cuisine boasts a French Le Cornue Grand Palais custom range, as well as custom cabinetry made of solid Mahogany, accentuated with 22-karat gold leafing for a true continuous European flair. The salon de familiale is complemented by a 1,300-gallon Living Color aquarium enclosed within, its custom Mahogany cabinetry with a selected area to install a high definition, 3-D television.

The exterior is joined by uniquely laid-out spaces, and well-appointed by a 4,500-sq. ft. infinity edge La Piscine with a 12-ft cascading waterfall, a double-loop, LED-lit waterslide which plunges into the pool. A cozy fire pit is uniquely situated alongside the pool which is equipped with a swim-up bar for outside pleasure, provoking a warm invitation to stay at first visit. La Piscine is completely outfitted with an automated, temperature gauge sensor, triple sanitation system, utilizing saline, chlorine and ultraviolet light for unified maintenance. An outdoor Jacuzzi is positioned above the waterfall allowing complete panoramic sea views, creating a relaxed ambiance as you gaze into the horizon. The Suite Présidentielle on the second level hosts a plunge pool off the exterior terrace for a morning wake dip.
