This period villa is a historic residence with a total surface area of 889 sq.m, built in the 1920s and fully restored in the 1990s.

The building has three floors above ground and a basement floor which hosts a large cellar of around 94 sq.m complete with kitchen, bathroom, technical and utility areas and a pretty wine cellar.
