Description of Ceara
Located in the North East, Ceará has 600 km of sandy beaches bordering the Atlantic Ocean. The hot local climate is cooled by sea winds, making a pleasant holiday home and investment hotspot. Indeed, many visitors travel from far and wide for the promise of unbroken sunshine and little to no rainfall. Wonderfully diverse and historically important, Ceara also brings together a blend of cosmopolitan city living with the still-operational sugar and flour-mills of Aracati, Cascavel and Icapuí. The seaside resorts are unsurprisingly where the majority of tourism and investor focus is directed, where property values are at their highest and demand tends to remain strong for much of the year.
